Logan joined Scout in 2023 and is responsible for managing Scout’s interactions with current and potential investors including capital raising, performance reporting and ongoing relationship management efforts. Logan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Scout, Logan was a manager of M&A at Archaea Energy (formerly NYSE: LFG), a renewable natural gas company, until bp’s acquisition of the company in 2022. Prior to Archaea Energy, Logan was an investment banking associate in the Power, Energy, and Infrastructure M&A group at Lazard, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions financial advisory in the power and renewable energy sectors. Logan began her career at Chevron as a petroleum engineer and held roles in operations and asset development in Chevron’s Midcontinent business unit.
