We hold various events throughout the year such as book drives, fundraising races, holiday gift donations and an annual volunteer day for employees.

The 2025 “Top Workplaces” award and the 2023 Dallas Business Journal “Best Places to Work” award are third-party ratings based on employee feedback collected through surveys administered by Energage and Quantum Workplace, respectively, evaluating aspects such as workplace culture, pay, benefits, leadership and overall employee satisfaction. The awards were issued in 2025 and 2023 based on survey data collected in the respective years. The firm paid a nomination fee to participate in the 2023 survey and did not pay a participation fee for the 2025 survey. In both cases, following receipt of the awards, the firm paid to access survey results and related analysis, to purchase a limited number of physical awards for display and for certain representatives to attend an award banquet.
